Loch Hourn from the rim of Sgurr a’ Mhaoraich Beag. Descending from here is easy along the route we reconnoitered on the way up. We surprised a blue hare, a mountain hair in its summer pelage. It ran across the open area next to us. A big beastie, in the front really bluish, with a white tail and remarkably short ears.
