The level of Allt Coire Reidh is so low, even its bed is dry here and there. A bit lower in the gorge, big parts of the scoured riverbed are dry. In contrast with the orange lichen the naked rock seems actually blue in places. We have been here in earlier years, but like this we have never seen it before.
