Gleouraich in the evening mist, from the dry bottom of Loch Quoich. Very late in the twilight we reach the dried out plain between Sròn Lice na Fearna and Leac nan Gáidhseich. Between the peat cracks here lie the bare remains of the one-time forest. Now it's still just over half an hour to the one motorcycle — and then two-up to the other one at the dam.
