Buidhe Bheinn’s summit between the showers catches the sun, with Gairich in the background. From the westernmost stalkers path we’ve contoured up, with little wind and still bitterly cold. Early June, the vegetation is still barren from winter, and this high there’s nowhere any flower to be seen.
