The gruelling slope of Druim Buidhe - a tilted swamp. Still plenty of evening sun, but the shadows are already turning black. Top left a wee moon over Sgurr nan Coireachan, to the right we have the Bealach Coire nan Gall leading to Garbh Chioch Bheag. The old map still indicated a stalker's path, but this couldn't be located, so it's heavy going. Maybe a refreshing rinse in the burn, later on?
