The sandy beach of Loch an Lagain Aintheich. We're well on our way to Barrisdale. We had lunch at the ford in Abhainn Chòsaidh. In the wealth of flowers of the red hot glen, it swarmed with butterflies. Higher up the red-brown damselflies prevailed, and pure brown wide-bodied dragonflies. A sandpiper keeps on calling out from a stone.
