Gauzy cobwebs in the holes of the talking tree. The holes seem uninhabited, except for the creatures that put up this netting. The tree is an elderly alder, this time not growing right on the edge of the river for a change, but a bit off it. The weather keeps on being lovely, never a bit hot.
