Spidean Mialach from the start of the tundra-like ridge. From Màm na Seilg to the summit, in places the surface is like a sort of charnel house of flattened scree. The ridge leads straight to the summit. To the right, over Easter Glen Quoich, a part of the Cluanie Ridge. It's not sunny – but even so quite warm. On the slope of Spidean Mialach we spy a remnant of snow.
