Mieke busy on a cramped foothold, near the start of the gorge. Wet and slippery - the gorge actually looks a bit too dangerous, but we'll persevere. The gorge is still open here - and offers a distant view of Glen Quoich along Allt Coire a' Chaorain. Light in the darkness, a fantastic opportunity for taking a photo of golden saxifrage.
