Today we're on our way to Coire Mialach; we've started from the bridge of the Tom Doun road over Allt a' Ghobhainn, near Loch Poulary. On Màm na Seilg, which leads to Glen Loyne, there's plenty of sunshine with a fresh breeze. In the Glen, River Loyne is on its way to Loch Loyne. This view is to the north, with on the right a wee peek beyond the snow-bearing Cluanie ridge, to the other side of Glen Shiel. Around here we turn left to follow the Royal Road, nickname of the path once made for King Edward, leading all the way to Coire Sgoireadail and Kinloch Hourn.
