Above the ice river stretch at the start of Glen Barrisdale, the unsuspecting walker is surprised with this magical sight: the lonely Loch an Lagain Aintheich, with the beautiful sandy beach for which it is named. After this you can go down to the flat part of the cosy glen: Gleann Còsaid. Over the loch we're looking at Druim Chòsaidh with Sgurr Airigh na Beinne.
