First long hike. Hoar frost on the wee tent after a cold night at Lochan nam Breac. Six thirty in the morning. Our first long hike through Barrisdale and Gleann Unndalain to this idyllic spot. The canopy of the tent (which is our son Jur's) was even covered with a thin crystal layer of ice, like on the wee burn on the left (which made for a difficult morning wash-up). The sandy beach was full of deer tracks. That tree at the bottom-end is a windbreaker, cause there was a cold wind blowing.
