After a brilliant crossing. Along the naked rock at the rims of the snow we find pools of meltwater with frogspawn - green (algae) and pink, and even quite a lot of tadpoles already. Might be frogs or toads or maybe even newts. Next we make for the steep ridge between Sgine and Faochag.
