Ruurd climbs next as soon as Mieke lands on a safe plateau. The sun is now breaking through the clouds. In the background, across Glen Barrisdale, the shaded flank of Sgurr a' Choire-bheithe. It's warm, but once at the top we see heavy clouds growing, south, north and east.
