Empty Loch Quoich in the rain – the bleak shore. The stream near the tent was wild this morning, but there were still wider and more savage rivers waiting for us – the Allt Coire nan Gall and the Abhainn Chòisaidh – which we crossed with great difficulty and danger, especially at the Allt Coire nan Gall. Unfortunately we don't have any pictures, due to the rough weather with continuous rain. The half-naked crossing of those swollen rivers was quite a challenge, but luckily the dry banks of Loch Quoich were reasonably passable.
