Hinds and calves on Sgurr a’ Mhaoraich Beag. Early in the morning we climbed up from Sgoireadail, along the "disappeared" stalkers path. On this steep slope we see grasses and moss campion but no ptarmigan: not enough heather. Once we reach the rim-plateau it gets even more grassy, with a calm group of hinds and calves.
